Our apartment is designed to offer you comfort and style in a well-kept environment, so you feel right at home. Keys can be picked up at our Hostmate office at Via Mauro Macchi 41, just a few steps from the Central Station. The service is available from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. After picking up the keys, you can go to the apartment to leave your luggage. Please note that access to the apartment is guaranteed from 3:00 p.m., when the apartment will be ready and clean to welcome you. We cannot guarantee that the accommodation will be available before this time. Upon request, it is possible to book by 6:00 PM the day before key delivery directly at the apartment starting at 3:00 PM. This additional service is subject to a surcharge, calculated based on the time of arrival: • Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM – EUR 15 (VAT included) • Check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. – EUR 20 (VAT included) • Check-in from 9:00 p.m. to midnight – EUR 40 (VAT included) Please note that lost or damaged keys will be charged. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. If you have any special requirements or would like additional services, please let us know in advance: we will be happy to accommodate your requests to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Il ritiro delle chiavi può essere effettuato presso il nostro ufficio Hostmate in Via Mauro Macchi 41, a pochi passi dalla Stazione Centrale. Il servizio è disponibile dalle ore 11:00 alle ore 18:00. Dopo aver ritirato le chiavi, potrai recarti in appartamento per lasciare i bagagli. Ti ricordiamo che l’ingresso in casa è garantito dalle ore 15:00, momento in cui l’appartamento sarà pronto e pulito per accoglierti. Non possiamo garantire che l’alloggio sia disponibile prima di tale orario. Su richiesta, è possibile prenotare entro le 18:00 del giorno precedente la consegna delle chiavi direttamente in appartamento a partire dalle ore 15:00. Questo servizio aggiuntivo prevede un supplemento, calcolato in base all’orario di arrivo: • Check-in dalle 15:00 alle 18:00 – EUR 15 (IVA inclusa) • Check-in dalle 18:00 alle 21:00 – EUR 20 (IVA inclusa) • Check-in dalle 21:00 alle 24:00 – EUR 40 (IVA inclusa) Vi ricordiamo che la perdita o il danneggiamento delle chiavi comporta un addebito. L’appartamento viene preparato con tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno. Qualora abbiate esigenze particolari o desideriate servizi aggiuntivi, vi invitiamo a segnalarlo in anticipo: saremo felici di accogliere le vostre richieste per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile.
