A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:00. Please note that the property doesn't have a reception desk; check-in times must always be communicated directly with the property and in any case not before 3:00 PM and not after 10:00 PM. Important: before your arrival you must: - complete an online form that you will receive via chat/email five days before your arrival. - In the form you will need to enter the details and documents of all guests and pay the tourist tax. Payment in the property is not accepted.
